I see the problem as well. I've been running a fresh UNR for maybe 3 days. The problem did not occur after the initial installation.
At this time no menus with submenus are rendered correctly by netbook- launcher. Additionally, the last row of icons on each screen is unclickable. Switching back to standard desktop until this is dealt with. Whoops, desktop-switcher is deprecated.
