Thanks for your report.
It is a strange error. Since the checksum for andale32.exe is correct, the file
AndaleMo.TTF (then renamed to andalemo.ttf) should be there.
Could you please try to reproduce this problem. Please open a terminal and run:
$ sudo dpkg --purge ttf-mscorefonts-installer
$ sudo apt-get install ttf-mscorefonts-installer
And tell if you can reproduce it ?
