It's streaming audio the file it first downloads is a pls file to tell where 
the streaming server is and then it
streams the audio using gnash as the flash player and gstreamer ugly to decode 
the audio.  I looked at
other players such as mplayer that works fine but I notice it was doing the 
exact same problem I had before
if you don't specify a large enough buffer cache size.  How can one configure 
how much to buffer ahead of audio/video
in gnash/gstreamer ugly?  That is the problem.  In mplayer you can specify 
percentage/file sizes etc..
