The mountall warnings are just warnings. They shouldn't prevent anyone from 
booting.
A fix for the warnings was committed in 
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ltsp-upstream/ltsp/ltsp-trunk/revision/1692

Anyone that continues to have boot problems please open another bug,
remove "quiet" from /var/lib/tftpboot/ltsp/i386/pxelinux.cfg/default and
post whatever he sees on the output, *except* for the mountall warnings.
