Um 1.8 does not work in 9.10 at least.  Mean it installs, and will allow https: 
to work, but no http: pages make it through.  Could be that because it's using 
IPv6 and 9.10 is still on IPv4 or something.  I know the command:
lsof -i :3128, and it showed, i just did it with 1.65, and it lists::
tinyproxy 5785 root 0u IPv4 27392 0t0 TCP *:3128 (LISTEN)

whereas 1.8 installed shows IPv6 instead.  Wondering if that's why 1.8
doesn't work in 9.10.
