There is no more applet in Lucid. A new GUI is planned. The preferences can be
accessed through (System > Preferences > Ubuntu One). You can
Connect/Disconnect with the nautilus plugin found when you open your Ubuntu One
Folder. The u1sdtool is also a good way to control things until the new GUI is
implemented.
