I checked Disseminate.pdf and it looks like a PDF with one image per
page - no texts, no fonts. Scanned documents are stored this way. If I
am right, then the problem is "bad anti-aliasing of graphics in evince"
and then this bug is a duplicate of bug #248355. So I mark it as
duplicate. Please comment if you think this bug is different.
