No, in fact after upgrading gtk rhythmbox is no longer consuming that

Status in “rhythmbox” package in Ubuntu: New

Bug description:
Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Description: Ubuntu lucid (development branch)
Release: 10.04

rhythmbox:
  Instalados: 0.12.6git20100218-0ubuntu1
  Candidato: 0.12.6git20100223-0ubuntu1
  Tabla de versión:
     0.12.6git20100223-0ubuntu1 0

 *** 0.12.6git20100218-0ubuntu1 0
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

The use of the CPU rises to about the 60% and my pc gets real, real
slow. Even when I try to move and change the songs on RB all the process
is really, really slow. After I close RB everything gets back to normal.
