Test3: DVI only and "nomodeset" option at start up. (I can see the blue lines of plymouth) and finally appears one buggy screen with "yellow" horizontal bands. After Pressing Ctrl+Alt+F1 and go back to Ctrl+Alt+F7 the desktop screen is ok but with wrong resolution. If I go to System > Preferences> Screen , it can't detect the right screen model and resolution. $lspci |grep nVidia 01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation G73 [GeForce 7600 GS] (rev a1) ASAP i will do the Casper debugging. -- screen goes blank when booting to live environment with some nouveau Graphics Cards https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/528277 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
