I have 3 PCs (1 wired, 2 wireless) on my local home network running Karmic that were all affected by the IPv6 issue described here. The released fix worked for all 3 PCs. There are no more delays - performance is comparable to 9.04, Mandriva with IPv6 turned off, and Windows XP/7. I know of several other folks who had this issue and the fix worked for them as well. My wireless cards are Atheros and Ralink, and my router is a Netgear RP614.
