".UTF-8" locales to ".utf8" when building/reading the cache. (LP: #517616)
* debian/python-gmenu.postinst: Remove old caches for other locales.
* debian/update-gnome-menus-cache: Translate X-GNOME-Fullname. (Side issue
in LP #517616)
