Sorry about that, I forgot to let you know that you would have to give Apport proper permission. If you go to "~/.cache/apport/" and delete the "launchpad.credentials" file, then you should be asked to set a permission when you run Apport again. The .cache folder is hidden in your home folder, so you'll have to show hidden folders (either by using Ctrl+H or going to View -> Show Hidden Files). If you have any trouble, then do not hesitate to let me know so I can help. Once you delete that file, then please run Apport and give it at least permission to "Change Non-Private" data.
