Hi,
could you attach the syncdaemon logs?, just run:
tar -cjf ~/Desktop/syncdaemon-logs.tar.bz2 ~/.cache/ubuntuone/log
and attach ~/Desktop/syncdaemon-logs.tar.bz2 to the bug.
