Binary package hint: synaptic
At the moment obsolete packages which are only provided for upgrades
(for example linux-686, linux-k7, ...) are shown in the synaptic package
list. I wish to have an option to hide this packages as installing them
makes no sense anyway.
It's not very important but it would clean up synaptic. Look at feisty
restricted, nearly 30% of the shown packages are obsolete.
