2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy packagename'
or by checking in Synaptic.
3) Please attach as a plain text file the log you found this error in, or, if
it was on your terminal, /var/log/dpkg.log
4) If this occurred during an upgrade, please attach
/var/log/dist-upgrade/main.log and /var/log/dist-upgrade/apt.log
