Public bug reported:

I move from SuSE to Kunbutu. I'd like to keep my existing partitioning schema
I've got everything on /dev/hdb /dev/hda is for windows. 1 partition on
/dev/hdb is
for shared data between linux and windows (/data fat32)
after running into problem with too small root partition (according to kunbutu)
I rearrange my /dev/hdb. The partitioner gets confused and does not show the
/data partition which I didnt change. After quitting the installer to check on
whats
really there the MBR on /dev/hda is reinstalled and windows is no longer
accessable.

the partitioner getting confused is a bug in itself, but it should leave the
MBR allone
until after the partitioning en base install.

** Affects: partitioner (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
