Are you talking about the language code 'sco'?
If so, there is no locale available, so we cannot generate language-packs for
that language and you cannot use the translations.
Please see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Translations/KnowledgeBase/AddingNewLanguage
for information on how to create a locale.
Once this is done, please submit the locale to upstream and also attach it to
this bug report.
