Many Many Thanks for this fix! I have the Lenovo U150 and had just been told by Lenovo that it wasn't possible because the hardware didn't disable the speakers when headphones were connected.
It works wonderfully! Now I can listen to music on flights without sharing with the whole cabin! On the U150 the internal microphone still works too!
