So the new symptom "translation" would need to set the report to be
filed against the "ubuntu-translations" LP project instead of an Ubuntu
package. This can be arranged by shipping a third-party crash database
configuration (/usr/share/doc/apport/crashdb-conf.txt), and setting that
in the hook (/usr/share/doc/apport/package-hooks.txt.gz).

/etc/apport/crashdb.conf.d/ubuntuone-client-crashdb.conf /
/usr/share/apport/package-hooks/source_ubuntuone-client.py is a good
example for this.
