Eduard, I don't think that tone is called for. "Mirror database update" doesn't necessarily mean "free from known errors". I understand that in your case that is what it's supposed to mean, but we are all dealing mostly with people we have never met. Setting to incomplete status signifies a way to ask the reporter for more information. In this case Daniel is asking Brian if the problem is fixed for him. He wasn't trying to bug you (at least that is my understanding). I think that is a courteous way to handle closing of tickets.
