  Pretty much as corner-case as you get but:
  
  Start synaptic so that the password prompt comes up
  At this point, my typing break began
  
  I can't click postpone on the typing break
  
  I should be able to click postpone and then enter my password, as normal

+ - configure a typing break and check the box 'allow postponing of break'
+ - launch an application with gksu
+ - let the password box opened until the typing break arrives
+ 
+ Result:
+ - The postpone button is not clickable
+ - You can still enter some text in the password box which is below g-t-m
