I cannot raise the IEC958 volume in he alsa mixer. I can mute ad unmute but
only that. I have no sound in the spdif ouput, only in the HDMI output. I am
looking for help via google and i cant find any hint that really works. I use
the 9.10 Ubuntu ans the aplay -l shows:

Please anybody can help me ?
It seems my bug is almost the same related to others here!
I would like to use the spdif output to send digital sound o my HT receiver
using XBMC with DTS, 5.1, etc., and the HDMI to sen the video signal to my LCD
TV.
All I get is the video signal and the sound signal via HDMI to the LCD TV !!!
