Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: light-themes
THe scrollbars use pixmaps and do not accept custom colors via the
apperance preferences application. The scrollbars should use the
murrine engine and gtk like the rest of the theme.
They also do not have a 'prelight' state. When hovered over they should
have a visual effect to let the user know they are ok to click.
The quick and dirty way to fix it would be to copy the button gtk
section into the range and scrollbar sections. That would keep the
colors consistant.
** Affects: light-themes (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
