No, just tried reproducing with my steps above - didn't work. I had to add a step a step 2a - adjust volume in RB using mouse wheel over tray icon. Then moving to the next song throws me into fuzzy.
Again this may be difficult to reproduce specifically as it might involve having either RB or the volume icon set to specific volume levels, etc. I don't have a consistenly reproducible step yet.
