Binary package hint: light-themes
When running Ubuntu in an right-to-left language, the window title line doesn't
look good:
1. The title text is aligned to the left, instead of to the right.
2. The minimize/maximize/close buttons are reordered correctly, but their
background doesn't match their new order. (See the attached screenshot).
