Wubi is already included on the Ubuntu install disc; Lubi is an
application with the same premise except for existing Linux systems. As
it appears, the current version of Lubi on their site has not been
updated since 7.04, which is a shame, because Lubi would be a great tool
to aid testing development versions of Ubuntu in that it would make
creating new partitions unnecessary.
The currently available version of Lubi does not support booting from
EXT4 partitions.
