Go to System -> Administration -> Software sources Select the tab 'Other software' And edit the lines where "arcive.ubuntu.com" appears.
Alternatively, open a terminal (Applications->Accessories->Terminal) and run: $ gksu gedit /etc/apt/sources.list Enter you password when you're asked for it. Then reload the package cache in your package manager of choice.
