Binary package hint: warzone2100
This is an annoying bug - I'd gotten near the end of a mission where I
needed some beefier tanks. My research developed cobra chassis, and I
designed a few variations. They show up in design view, but when I
switch to build view they're not there. Viper chassis tanks show up just
fine.
