As of the latest "fixes" release, this problem has morphed slightly. Now every hour every front-end reports:
run-parts: /etc/cron.hourly/mythvideo exited with return code 1 The errors go to the jamu.log: # tail -25 /var/log/mythtv/jamu.log ! Warning - MythTV python bindings could not be imported Exception AttributeError: "'MythDB' object has no attribute 'db'" in <bound method MythDB.__del__ of <MythTV.MythDB.MythDB object at 0xb71a908c>> ignored ! Warning - MythTV python bindings could not be imported Do we really need jamu running on every front end? That seems like a whole lotta duplication where every front-end is sharing the video location from the backend. I notice this bug has gone completely unacknowledged from anyone however so continuing to post to it is likely just a waste of my time. -- Error: The MythTV python interface is not installed or Cannot connect to MythTV Backend https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/485277 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
