Public bug reported:
ghc6 6.12.1-11 (the version in lucid) breaks cabal-install < 0.8.0.
cabal-install 0.8.0 is available in Debian sid and squeeze.
I believe the new version of this package should be an exception to the
LTSDebianImportFreeze, because otherwise:
* cabal-install is not installable in Ubuntu lucid, and
* there is no easy way to install most third-party Haskell libraries and
programs on Ubuntu lucid.
