Daniel, this bug manifests itself in all browsers, for example in Firefox and Google Chrome. It shows on very many computers also.
I would personally disagree with marking it as incomplete, just because a subsequent release might fix it. The bug exists and is real and affects many people. Lucid might fix this bug, but if introduces other bugs that will not be fixed until subsequent release (and so on ad infinitum) we will never have an OS "ready for desktop".
