Binary package hint: humanity-icon-theme

The Ubuntu icon in top left corner of panel looks very poor with the
themes: Dust, DarkRoom, and New Wave.  The other themes do not have this
issue.

My system updated 13 hours ago did not exhibit this behaviour.

I'm just guessing it was humanity-icon-theme that was cause, didn't see
any other updates that would more likely.
