Open a terminal (Applications -> Accessories -> Terminal) and run
$ gksu gedit /var/lib/dpkg/info/dict-xdict.postrm

Add 'exit 0' on the 2nd line of that file (without the quotes)
Save and close

Then remove the file with the package manager of choice or run
$ sudo apt-get remove --purge dict-xdict
