Most likely your sources.list is missing an entry for the origin of
libxslt1. It is not part of the Ubuntu archive and it might have been
referred to by a third party software. If this problem still exists,
please attach your /etc/apt/sources.list and contents of
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/ to this bug.
