Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: maximus
On Ubuntu Netbook Edition, OpenOffice's Find and Replace window does not
behave properly. It opens maximized, when it should open in its own
window. This causes odd graphical "junk" when used.
Steps:
1) Start a UNE session and launch OpenOffice.
2) Make a new text document.
3) Press "Ctrl+F". You'll see that the find window opens maximized, at the
upper-left corner of the screen with its title bar on the panel.
4) Press enter to try to find something. You'll see that the find window now
tries to maximize itself, (which fails to redraw the screen.)
Solution: Modify the UNE packages to not maximize the OpenOffice Find &
Replace window. This may also affect other OpenOffice dialogs and
windows, which will need to be excluded also.
