Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

I need to connect to a particular hotspot. Unfortunately there are
weaker hotspots nearby with the same SSID and I keep finding that
network-manager roams to one or other of them, forcing me to disconnect
and reconnect. There appears to be no way of stopping it. There needs to
be because this is very disruptive.
