Public bug reported:
I have upgraded from edgy to feisty. After I login kde freezes in less then a
minute. Nothing works, i even can't ctrl-alt-del, so the only way is a
shutdown. I irdtly thoght this would have been caused from xorg. I then
installed the fglrx driver for my ati card through the patch, because i did use
this driver in edgy. But that didn't solve the problem.
I solved the problem when i removed ndiswrapper, through where i used my
wireless connection, and used instead the bcm43xx driver, and no freezes till
now. I use an Acer Aspire 1501LMI laptop with a broadcom 43XX chipset. Greetz.
