The undefined sequence comes from /usr/share/texmf-
texlive/tex/context/base/supp-pdf.mkii, in the texlive-latex-base
package. Upgrading to texlive-latex-base 2009-8 from Debian unstable
doesn't fix the problem. Reassigning to texlive-base.
