I've split the IE directions into different sections for each version,
including a new section for IE8 since the directions vary from IE7 it
seems. I can't validate the IE7 instructions since I don't have a copy,
so I left the existing directions as is for IE7. Changes were applied
in both the "windows" and "switching" sections of the docs. Fix
committed to Lucid dev branch, rev 476.
