Binary package hint: pidgin
This happens completely randomly, apart from the fact it only happens
during conversations. I use pidgin 2.6.2-1ubuntu7.2 and have Ubuntu
9.10. This happened several times before, but I decided to run pidgin in
the terminal in debug mode. I copied and pasted the stuff in the
terminal into a text document, which is attached.
