Binary package hint: otrs2
Was doing a basic test on this application to see if it was suitable for
our ticket system purposes.
Installed with recommends from command line on latest Desktop Lucid 32
bit build running in a virtualbox virtual machine. Seems to have
installed fine as I can access it via a browser and play around.
Just flagging in case it's more serious for other users.
