Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: network-manager-pptp
After upgrading from karmic to lucid, configuring or connecting to PPTP
VPN servers using the network manager applet fails with:
There was a problem launching the authentication dialog for VPN
connection type 'org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.pptp'. Contact your
system administrator.
I guess this is because the ui components have been moved into network-
manager-pptp-gnome, and installing that package fixes the problem,
however it should really be handled during the upgrade
