For Lucid, I'd prefer to work around this in libtommath rather than
changing texlive-base; not that I have any quarrel with the upstream
solution here, I'd just prefer to leave core packages alone during a
freeze if we don't need to change them. Since there's a straightforward
workaround in libtommath, that's lower-risk.
(The "Won't Fix" is a Launchpad-style hack to get the texlive-base part
of this bug off our list of release-critical bugs for Lucid, but keep it
open as a bug.)
