Trying to reproduce this issue in both Xubuntu 9.04 and Xubuntu
development version of Lucid Lynx. I do not have a "Configs", but I did
go to Applications -> Settings -> Keyboard, Layout. there is no button
labeled change, just a checkbox under the column "Active". Placing the
cursor on the circle and hitting the left-click button seems to work
here.
