I do not know what actually fixed this problem, either a bunch of PCL-XL
driver fixes which got applied in Ghostscript 8.71 or the removal of
ugly Foomatic workarounds for paper tray selection (the paper tray
selection of Ghostscript's built-in PCL drivers I have fixed some time
ago). Marking as fixed in both ghostscript and foomatic-db...
