Hi,

As there are changes to the source tarball, you should use a patch system to 
apply them.
The easiest way now is to use source format 3.0(quilt), so quilt is used 
automatically to separate what comes from upstream and what comes from 
packaging.

Also, please update the watch file to a working one:
version=3
opts=dversionmangle=s/allmydata-tahoe/tahoe-lafs/ \
http://tahoe-lafs.org/source/tahoe-lafs/releases/allmydata-tahoe-(.\..\..)\.tar\.gz

Also, there are 2 lintian warning that should be fixed.
