While using dar_static to create a catalog of my latest backup, I
attempted to load another application which uses wine. The result was a
machine that slowed to a crawl. This seems to not happen, otherwise.
DMA IS ENABLED on the drive, and this behavior is much less noticeable
using Dapper.
