Thank you for filing your concerns.
Adept installer is intended to be a user friendly installation method,
while adept manager is intended for more advanced users. You can find
flash and java in adept installer if you choose "any suite" from the
drop down box. I'm rejecting as this is a feature, not a bug ;) If you
find any specific functionality missing in either program that is
appropriate for its use case, please file bugs.
