Hi, I just met with the same problem. ubuntu-bug tool does not work.
I did a screenshot that I uploaded there: http://img85.imageshack.us/img85/6108/ubuntubug.png My internet connection works perfectly. The user's groups are : 1000 (himself), gid 1000, adm, cdrom, audio, video, plugdev, lpadmin, netdev, admin, sambashare, and again 1000 (himself). /why and how come twice ? :?
