Thanks for following up. As Martin said in comment 5, there is not
enough information to investigate the problem you are experiencing and
you didn't provide the information he asked you.
Since it was a while ago, the 'sudo apt-get -f install' may not be relevant
anymore.
So, if it's still an issue, could you please reproduce the failure and attach
the file /var/log/apt/term.log to this report (you need superuser privileges in
order to read that file) This should also trigger the Apport crash reporter,
which sends a more complete report. Please submit that report too.
